New Jersey Flag. Heavyweight durable nylon flag finished with a strong canvas heading and two brass grommets.
The state flag of New Jersey has a buff field and the state coat of arms is emblazoned in the center. In the seal, the shield has three plows with a horses head above it. Two women represent the goddesses of Liberty and Agriculture and a ribbon at the bottom includes the year of Independence (1776) and reads “Liberty and Prosperity”. The flag was formally adopted in 1896.
