External single rope halyard with revolving pulley truck, gold anodized finial ball, tie-off cleat, base collar, galvanized steel foundation sleeve. Recommended flag size is 5' x 8'. Maximum Windloading is 253 MPH unflagged and 168 MPH flagged.
Internal winch system includes an 1/8" stainless steel cable halyard system stainless steel winch with removable crank handle and a reinforced flush mount locking door.
